Stopped in again yesterday afternoon while kicking around the Springs. The Ivywild school is still a unique place and a good way to kill a few hours. Bristol always has a little bit for everyone. We enjoyed a few of the staples on this visit. I had the Laughing Lab Scottish ale, which I've had on two previous visits. My wife had a pint of the London Brown Ale. Both were good, and either of us could've gone with either of them. They were fairly full on a Saturday afternoon, so we sat at the bar. Beertender was friendly but definitely not in our faces too much. Only downside was the merch store we visited before entering the bar had a tin tacker we thought about purchasing on our way out and told the employee as much. On our way out, the store was locked up before 5. It would've been nice had the employee told us she was closing soon, so we would've known to buy it when we had the chance.

Nice beer selection, friendly staff and fun trivia night! We enjoyed our time at Bristol. Nice, bright and welcoming atmosphere. We came for trivia and really enjoyed our time there. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to return visit.

I love what they've done with the place! Possibly the best setting for a brewery that I've seen (and I've been to a few). Really like the way they've set up businesses-within-the-business so there's variety as you explore. The beer was good: Winter Warlock Oatmeal Stout - 3/5 Pinon Nut Brown Ale - 4/5 My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor. If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.

Great brewery experience. Fun venue with a bunch of food options, though BBQ is the best. Try the Oktoberfest or nitro IPA

I really enjoyed popping into Bristol Brewing while at Ivywild School. We went with 2 of our friends and we all had a nice time. Our server was incredibly friendly and even offered suggestions on beer styles for my friend. We enjoyed every beer we tried; the Bee Hive Honey Wheat being my personal favorite. Atmosphere was nice & comfortable with views outside and into the brewery. We sat inside, but they also had a beautiful large patio. 10/10 would recommend if you're a craft beer lover!

I tried a Compass IPA during my last visit (outstanding!), plus an old favorite - Laughing Lab Scottish Ale. Both brews were cold and super crushable on a warm, June afternoon in the sun. I mainly walked around the halls and grounds of the Ivywild School while enjoying my beers, but the tasting room had plenty of seating, the staff was super friendly, and the prices were on point for the Springs.

Every time I go to Bristol it is without fail, ALWAYS, a fabulous experience. And this comes from someone isn't a huge fan of beer in general. Everyone is super nice and even the folks who come to enjoy are all good people too. Big bonus when the clientele is also just as pleasant!

The bartenders here really round out the experience for good beer. I noticed a number of regulars too that sat around the bar. Always busy and the music is always bumping. During the summer the patio is opened and during the winter months go indoors and enjoy a good brew. For anyone who is not a big drinker they also server root beer too! You can almost call it a sarsaparilla but deep down it's definitely a root beer! Good vibes carry on throughout the experience and let the drinks keep on flowing. IIt'sbeer o'clock somewhere!

I love this place! Been here numerous times since my last review. They have done so much renovation outside and on their barrel room to add more seating. They package all of their beer. They have a ton of merch. Staff is friendly and attentive. Beers are great! Laughing Lab is top notch!! Wish I still lived in the springs so I could go more. Cheers!
